Cyber Security Account Manager Position
The Account Management role has a strong emphasis on new business development. The primary objective of the role is to create orders for security services and products and thereby continually grow an account base which can deliver gross product figures that match the increasing target.
The role has full 360 degree responsibilities where opportunities and meetings are generated by the account manager who is expected to fulfil them in order to create orders. Account managers form strategic plans for each of their key accounts so that proactive action can be taken to maximise profit from each account. Implicit in this is extensive account profiling so that solid working relationships are formed.
Account managers are provided with a KPI pack which includes call volume and duration, new business opportunities, pipeline and seminar attendees. Account managers provide sales management with a forecast each week which details the opportunities that they are working on, where they are in their sales process and when they expect the order to close.
