Success Factors Consultant
A core element of my clients HR strategy is to deliver world class Digital HR processes through its global HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors). The role of the HRIT Product Owner we be to work on the implementation, the day to day operation and continuous improvement of Compensation for SAP SuccessFactors that we are deploying globally.
The HRIT Product Owner is involved at all stages of the systems life-cycle for Compensation for SAP SuccessFactors, they understand the business process and will become the expert in the use of the systems they are responsible for. They work with the HRIT Manager to take business needs and create systems administration and support requirements. Then once the project is commissioned to deliver the change they will oversee the design ensuring the business needs are met. Once the change is delivered the HRIT Product Owner then oversees operations working with support partners to deliver to SLA and with the business to ensure they effectively use the tools to deliver business results.
My client are looking for someone with SuccessFactors Reward and Recognition Configuration experience as well as ability to run and support BAU activities.
