Are you a sales professional with a background of providing consultative selling techniques to large customers within an engineering capacity? This is an opportunity for someone looking to develop within an evolving industry and carve themselves a career within a market leading company who are known within the industrial automation sectors.
As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with some of the UK’s leading logistics companies and airports helping them to ensure their products get from A to B without getting lost in transit and ensuring public confidence throughout the entire supply chain. This will include providing and end-to-end solution for your (warm) customer accounts with regards to sensors and instrumentation used within the customer automation system and often blending a mixture of internal and competitor products to create and combine solution for your customers. You will also be always looking to upsell newer products and solutions as well as up-sell other areas of the business.
This role would ideally suit someone with a couple of years’ sales experience (either internal or external) within a technical environment or selling a technical product who has the drive and motivation to carve themselves a career within an expanding automation market and develop themselves a reputation as being the industry expert.
