Boating & Customer Services Manager (Canal & River Trust) – Permanent – London - £Competitive
ARM is delighted to be the exclusive recruitment partner of the Canal & River Trust in the search for a Boating Customer Service Manager based in their scenic office in Little Venice, London.
Reporting to the Regional Director, this position is responsible for and manages the Boat Customer Licence Support and Customer Service teams. The purpose of this role is to ensure they provide excellent customer service to boaters, visitors and internal teams.
Other key accountabilities include;
The ideal candidate will be a customer oriented leader with experience of implementing change, have a high degree of personal resilience and possess excellent communication skills.
You will have team management and leadership experience, have strong influencing skills and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of driving improvements in the customer journey.
