Sales Account Executive - Cyber Security
£21,000 + £6,000 Commission
This is a dynamic company in the corporate IT sector that is growing both organically and through acquisition. Their strategy is to build long-term, trusted relationships with its customers by delivering market-leading, integrated managed services.
This company have been established since 2001 and now providing professional standard information security solutions to over 600 customers across public and private sectors.
The Account Executive role is the entry level into the Account Management Team. The intention of this position is to provide a training ground for junior account managers to be able to graduate and grow an account base of Existing Customers and Prospects that are Small/Medium Enterprises into Larger Enterprises. Account Executives will learn our products, markets, industry and the company sales process and skills. Someone with natural enthusiasm, energy and professionalism is what this company are seeking.
This is a position that requires a high level of responsibility and independence. You will have a lot of freedom to fill in your role and make a big impact on our revenue/profit and your earnings. You would be expected to stay within this role and hit your targets for one year then actively encouraged to go for promotion.
HOW YOUR DAY WILL LOOK
- Most of your day will be spent on the telephone making outbound calls to prospects and leads
- You will be aiming to speak with decision makers
- There will be KPI's set to give you direction and help you achieve your goals
- You will constantly be building knowledge of the company product and service portfolio
- You will be communicating with your team, receiving training & mentoring from above
- Experience of outbound volume sales cold calling into businesses
- Experience of working to KPI's
- Strong verbal reasoning skills
- Ability to demonstrate track record in sales
- Good academic background - GCSE's & A-Levels - degree desirable
- Self-starting, competitive, energetic, professional
