This is new role and we're seeking a proven leader who can bring fresh ideas and industry best practices to help an already amazing team progress even further! We are looking for someone who can inject further creativity, business development and broad digital knowledge to take our core proposition to the next level.
The Partnerhip Director will set the affiliate and partnership sales strategy and is responsible for leading and motivating the team to deliver success and achieve/exceed business revenue targets. The ideal person will be a thought leader, a passionate digital expert and someone prepared to push boundaries and take risks to deliver success.
You're commercially astute and used to working collaboratively across a number of different business functions including Technology, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management and Marketing.
Key responsibilities and main duties
Recruit and retain a world class team to drive revenue growth and member numbers, currently a team of 1 but scope to increase to 7
Set up a partnership network to drive both consumer visits and trade applications.
Working collaboratively with the existing teams, particularly the Sales Director and their teams - set up and run matrix sales teams focussed on upselling multiple subscriptions to larger businesses - both those already on the member base as well as prospecting for new.
Set up a B2B network and build relationships with companies looking for an on demand Trades worksforces. Utilise our relationship with Homeserve to drive initial collaboration.
Manage Member Benefits partner programme.

Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills, ability to communicate complex ideas simply at all levels of the organisation.
Process focus and detail orientated without losing bigger picture.
Comfortable dealing with external partners in complex high pressured commercial arrangements.
Commercially astute and able to design detailed budget and monitor performance to budget.
Draft high quality Board updates..
Set up and management of an Affiliate window and network
Revenue growth in a digital business with clear metrics and KPI's
Created and executed business strategy
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Very strong stakeholder management skills at all levels from Exec to front line employees.
Be able to think holistically and analytically and know when to take which approach.
