PLM Helpdesk Support
" Participate in ongoing technical support for our 3DExperience platform
" Provide Level 1 technical support for a wide variety of customers within the PLM user base.
" Assist customers with functionality for 3DExperience via in-person, phone, email and advanced web conferencing tools.
" Coordinate with vendor's technical support teams to enhance and troubleshoot OEM software
" Document and follow up with customer issues to complete resolution
" Escalate more complex support issues to Level 2 support teams
" Assist in support initiatives: building best practice articles, documenting processes to assist customers, participating in training sessions
" Experience with a support function related to PLM or CAD systems.
" A self-starter attitude is key in this role, you will be the liaison of support between our PLM Support staff, Engineering and Executive staff.
" Ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment.
" Willingness to adapt to a start-up environment, and taking on new job duties as necessary.
" Preferred: experience supporting cross functional departments
" Preferred: Associate's or higher in IT, or Computer Science. Bachelor's not necessary.
