Job Description - Quality Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Specialist within our Home care division has arisen. This position will be based in Crawley
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for the Quality Management System processes and procedures, including Information Governance requirements for the Homecare business. You will act as the Quality Business Partner to the Crawley and Lancing site and related network. In conjunction with the Manager Quality you will be responsible for the development of the Quality Management support and contributie to the business and their strategy and programs.

The ideal candidate will likely have a scientific degree, and will ideally have previous experiences in working in a medical device/pharma/pharmacy environment with knowledge of CE marking and local Competent Authority requirements. A homecare or medical background is advantageous. WE are looking for a candidate with good working knowledge of Quality Management System requirements, in particular ISO 9001, and UK Information Governance (e.g. NHS) practices. You should have an in-depth understanding of post-market surveillance requirements and the role of the EC Authorised Representative under the Medical Devices Directive, 93/42/EEC.
