We are seeking a Port Administrator to join our client based in Portsmouth, UK.
This is a permanent opportunity and you will be the Administrator on the night shift working a shift pattern of 2 nights on / 6 nights off. Your role with be to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders is undertaken.
To be considered for the role, you must have the following skills:
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels
- Excellent customer focus
- Self manage your work load
- Proactive approach to your work
- Ability to be flexible
- Confident with the use of Microsoft office applications
Previous customer service experience is desired but not essential however you must be used to working to tight deadlines on a range of different tasks at the same time.
