Logistics Management Analyst Lead
Internal Job Description
Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
*Specific Job Description [JP]
The Logistics Management Analyst Staff (Team Lead) will provide full logistical support and leadership across business functions. As the Logistics Management Analyst Staff (Team Lead) you will perform a number of duties including but not limited to;
" Manage two Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Clerks operating in the SOCAF AOR
" Provide enhanced logistics support capability; provide supply support (including Joint Operational Stocks, Chain of Custody and information technology support) necessary to sustain operations.
" Provide Maintenance service support for the Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army) SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This includes the duties as an Army Maintenance Management Clerk.
" Apply standard line item numbers (SLINs), document numbers, priorities designators, and other relevant management techniques as set forth in applicable regulations and Prepare, review, and recommend changes to the customer for internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

" Perform MOS duties that a school trained 92A/92Y performs
*Required skills, qualifications and experience [JP]
" Forecast, procure, receive, account, distribute, and dispose of Government equipment using GCSS-A.
" Have in-depth knowledge of hand receipt accounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations, authorizations, validations, change of hand receipt holders, supporting documents, along with proper and timely keeping of all account property records
" Ability to resolve problems with little or no outside assistance
" Must possess a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain appropriate special license/certification for equipment required for specific position.
" Must possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
" Work in an environment that is fast paced, completing multiple tasks, meeting stringent timelines.
" Must be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary.
" Attend required training associated with job responsibilities, including terrorism/force protection, counter-intelligence, information security, and others as required.
" Maintain a clean workspace and meet any specified information protection standards at the designated work center(s).
" Perform data entry on compatible microcomputers utilizing versions of Microsoft, Adobe, and other DoD-licensed or provided programs.
" Travel to various OCONUS locations by government or commercial conveyance may be required.
Due to the nature of this project personnel must possess and maintain a valid US passport to be eligible to obtain a US Final Secret Security Clearance.

LMPeople Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
