Business Development Administrator

Responsible for administration support duties in a field office. Coordinates, interprets, and implements policies and procedures that effect the field operation; prepares, recommends, and controls the budgets and financial forecasts; administers the petty cash account and credit and collection activities; oversees employees assigned to the field administrative, custodial, and material-movement staffs; coordinates the maintenance and security of field activities; and maintains equipment and supply requirements and office records.

Our client's International Corporate and Enterprise Business Services (EBS) units, consists of Business Development, IT Services, Payroll, ESH, HR and Finance functions that support the business across the whole of the EMEA region. With employees located throughout the UK, Europe and Middle East, LM Corporate and EBS provide EMEA wide support to all the LM International business areas.
Specific Job Description
The Business Development Administrator will support the F-35 Israel In-country Senior Manager and Program Office in Tel Aviv, Israel. Primary responsibilities include performance of administrative services and duties in support of the F-35 Israel In-Country Program Office operations. This includes the administration, revision, and configuration management & control of the In-Country Program Office Local Operating Procedures (LOP). Additionally, this position will provide administrative support services for employees assigned to off-site locations within Israel including local country nationals (LCNs) and US Expatriates.
