Are you currently working in Helpdesk Support and potentially looking for the chance to wear multiple hats within a smaller arm of a global business? My client operates across multiple different industries around the world and are in a state of growth in terms of customers, projects and headcount.
As Helpdesk Support, you will be the first point of contact for all customer issues and enquiries and responding to these by phone, webchat and email. All issues will need to be dealt with in a ticketing system and working with customers to fully resolve IT issues. You will look for trends and underlying issues and work with internal stakeholders to minimise this happening in future, creating reports where necessary. You will also be supporting trial of software and systems for new customers as well.
Ideally, you will be currently working within an IT helpdesk and customer facing environment but perhaps looking to resolve network issues for customers all over the world.
