We are looking for sales talent that wants to build a career in IT Security. The Maintenance Renewals Representative will drive renewals opportunities while meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Achieve quarterly assigned Maintenance Renewals sales quotas
Contact and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure timely maintenance renewal in EMEA Region
Prepare and deliver renewal quotes for maintenance contracts 90 days prior to expiration.
Effectively defend against competitive pressures and uncover additional opportunities
Take an account management approach to identify co-termination and reinstatement opportunities
Partner with sales and channel to save endangered maintenance renewals
Work closely with the finance team in generating the quotes and maintenance opportunities in our CRM and update the CRM with relevant customer information
Prepare forecasts of maintenance renewal bookings within a 10% accuracy rate
Stay up to date on our new technology and support offerings which will enable you to increase your sales to your customers
2+ year previous experience in sales, ideally in software maintenance renewals.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to negotiate and up-sell maintenance offerings and build relationships both internally and externally.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com applications, desired
Must speak at a fluent level one or more of the following languages: French or German preferred, Italian, Spanish, Dutch also considered.
