We are seeking exceptional individuals to join us at our Powertrain development business in Northampton, where they have a rich history of delivering exceptional products to the global Automotive OEM market.
As an Facilities Technician you'll be responsible for providing electronic/ electrical and systems support to the Build and Test Department. The ideal candidate will have a bias toward instrumentation, with experience of fault finding, repairing and calibrating instrumentation and control systems.
Experience of electronic, electrical & electro-mechanical repair & maintenance
Experience with automotive test systems such as AVL Puma, CP Cadet, DSG DatAqPro
Have a recognised qualification in electrical/ electronic engineering
Experience of dealing with breakdowns & set-up work to powertrain test call & chambers
Ability to perform simple manual operations such as drilling and sawing (for electronic enclosure assembly)
