Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Shift pattern 4 days/nights on 4 days off - 7am - 7pm/ 7pm - 7am)
This role will be working with a highly established IT Services company specialising in Infrastructure technology and services including IT lifecycle management, Managed Services, and Consulting & Project Services. They provide onsite and remote Managed Services for a variety of customers across Telecoms, Retail, Media and Financial Services. The Service Desk Analyst vacancy has become available due to organic growth. The ideal candidate will be either a graduate with service desk experience or a proven Support Analyst looking for a role that will offer career progression, training and development opportunities. This position will require you to work in shift patterns 4 days/nights on 4 days off - 7am - 7pm/ 7pm - 7am.
