Would you relish stepping up to grow a well-established telecoms value added reseller offering technology services both in the cloud and on premise that 'redefine' the market they operate in, our client is well placed to lead an evolution and has seen strong growth since their launch in 2007.
So what will this role involve? With a modest budget and initially managing a team of 2, you will have ownership to develop the marketing plan with an emphasis on 'rolling up the sleeves' in the short term. Using 'online' channels to nurture new clients through the sales pipeline, you'll be able to implement successful lead generation programs supported by some classic brand building activities.
Strategic Marketing; create a plan specifically for the UK market, working closely with key stakeholders to get buy-in and help implement it.
Work with the Sales Director & Managing Director to segment the market and develop a plan to acquire new clients using innovative online channels.
Online Marketing; work with specialist agencies across SEO, PR, affiliates and social media.
Direct Marketing; develop & execute an e-CRM content strategy to nurture leads into the sales funnel.
Brand Marketing; plan and execute relevant events.
Analysis; tight measurement of the ROI & pipeline analysis.
Desired Skills and Experience
What will you bring? Experienced strategic marketer, ideally from the technology sector, you'll have demonstrable experience of operating in an evolving market. With the ability, commercial acumen and gravitas to build a team, you'll have a strong 'online' focused marketing background with an obsession for ROI.
You must be able to demonstrate:
Strategic and commercial ability to own the marketing plan with hands on approach
Classic B2B marketing experience from a technology sector.
A heavy emphasis on using online channels to drive leads and awareness, with strong nurturing experience and an obsession for ROI.
Ability to manage a team.
Experience of maximising a modest budget which can grow over time
