3X Technical Integration Specialist
Basingstoke or Gateshead
Paying up to £50,000p/a (will involve extensive travel)

I am recruiting for not just 1 but 3 Technical Integration specialists to join my key client on a permanent basis paying up to £50,000p/a (depending on the level of experience) in Gateshead or Hampshire.
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical application integration services to the clients end users, including project managing the scope, configuration, integration, on-boarding, delivery and on-going maintenance ensuring compliance with SLA's/OLA's and working to ITIL frameworks.
What you are required to know:
-Degree qualified in an IT or Engineering Discipline - desirable but not essential
-A proven track record of integrating IT systems within a role where you are expected to travel.
-A strong communicator who can deliver impeccable service to the end customers.
-ITIL certified or a background working in an ITIL environment (Incident, Problem & Change Management) or Prince 2 or PMP Certified
-A proven background working within a complex IT environment would be beneficial.
-A proven background providing technical integration of IT applications.
-A good knowledge of SQL scripts, Stored Procedures and XML messaging systems.
-A good knowledge of SSL certificates, network switching & tracing and virtual server platforms.
Please note that extensive travel within UK and abroad will be required.
Ideally, you will be currently working within a similar IT/application implementation/integration role within a business-to-business environment. You will not be a stranger to travelling for work and you will be an excellent communicator. You will also be training others on how to use software/hardware products and educating others on best practice.
Due to the nature of the environment that you will be working in you will be required to undergo an element of security clearance so to be eligible for this you will need to hold a British passport or valid visa with proof that you have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years.
