A market leader within the Defence & Aerospace industry are now seeking a talented HR Manager, specialising in Employee Relations, to join their team in Bristol. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum + fantastic company benefits. Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be able and willing to obtain SC clearance.
If successful you would be responsible for delivering ER activities ensuring complete alignment with strategy, people plan and employment legislation.
You will also be accountable for proposing leading edge Employee Relations solutions to a variety of complex issues within a highly technical environment. In addition to the co-ordination, ownership and execution of casework activities using a coaching approach associated with ER related policies, namely Disciplinary, Grievance, Managing Unsatisfactory Performance, Respect at Work, Sickness Absence and Bullying and Harassment
