Sales Support Administrator
£28,000-£30,000 (depending on level of experience)

Your main purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, helping to build and maintain relationships to gain trust and loyalty - so therefore previous customer service experience is a must.
What you will be doing on a day to day basis:
-Processing customers' orders in a timely manner
-Supporting the company and suppliers with any queries
-Proactively chase up orders to ensure they are delivered when required
-Keeping regular contact with customers
-Dealing with all customer service enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
-Provide technical support and escalate issues as necessary
-Log or saved all important communication on our CRM System
-Dealing with complaints from customers
-Qualify and handle new customer leads to maximise sales revenue potential
-Producing progress report/feedback for monthly sales meeting
What you are expected to know:
-Solid experience in customer service and/or degree educated
-Good administration skills (Microsoft Office)
-Proficiency in one or multiple foreign languages
-Good communications and telephone skills
-Inquisitive and technically minded
-Relationship building skills
