Job title: Senior ILS Engineer
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: £48,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has opened in the Aftermarket Business Unit for a Senior ILS Engineer based in the Titchfield site
The Primary Function of this position is to ensure the provision of accurate and current support data to purchasers, operators, repair cells and the FMC/FED Divisions throughout the in-service phase.
Ensure that the process for the revision and distribution of support documentation, initiated within the Supportability Department, is fully auditable by internal and external sources.
Ensure new business requirements are met within the set timelines. Completion and submission of compliance matrices, risk assessments and reports are all within the specified time constraints.
The essential functions are as follows:
Ensure the effective corporate governance of Supportability through compliance within the primary strategies / policies and relevant regulatory authorities.
To apply and maintain consistency and accuracy in the application of the following deliverables that will ensure the effective and efficient administration of:
" Assist in the production and development of ILS plans
" Assist the Supportability Manager with all BID/PROPSAL/NBR related activities
" Production and implementation of internal processes and procedures
" Preparation of customer ILS deliverables (SDRL submissions) for all programs
" Identify risks associated with all ILS Program
" Repairing logistic support data to customer contract and format
" Assist in the production of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) data
" Assist in the production of Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA)
" Assist in the production of Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
" Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
" Reliability Prediction/FMECA
" Maintainability Prediction / Analysis
" Direct Maintenance Cost Analysis (DMCA)
Experience required for this position:
Candidates applying for this role must be currently working in a similar role within the aerospace industry:

" Experience working with aerospace products with experience in building and managing support solutions for major aerospace companies.
" Extensive knowledge and experience in the 'Through Life Support' of products and services and ILS methodologies.
" Knowledge of the Entry into Service Management process for civil and military platforms.
" Management skills and have experience of working on tasks and projects through their various phases.
" Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities concurrently whilst still meeting expected deadlines.
" Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
" Ability to interact positively and effectively with personalities at the business unit, senior management and customers at all levels.
" Excellent computer skills.
" Experience in managing ILS Programs with particular emphasis on LSAR, LORA, LCC, R, M & T and Maintenance Analyses.
