I place sales professionals at all levels in the Cyber Security and Information Technology sectors. I work with people who sell product or consultancy into the private and public sectors including defence. This can be at all levels from Inside Account Executives through to Sales Directors.
With 18 years in sales myself I really ‘see’ the salesperson - the technology, seniority or size of business does not phase me. I enjoy finding out what makes a salesperson tick and how that fits with my clients requirement. I understand that a salesperson represents a direct return on investment business and a good cultural fit is hugely important to both colleagues and clients. I have experience working with vendors, re-sellers, consultancies and managed service providers in IT and Cyber.
I have spent three years in recruitment placing salespeople. Prior to ARM I worked with senior level automotive sales talent as my entry into the world of sales was selling cars some years ago.
