Dan started with the business in July 2021 within Optamor and moved across to ARM, as part of the Professional Services team in October 2022.

He focuses on recruiting candidates within procurement roles across a number of clients in the UK and spends his workday speaking to candidates about the fantastic opportunities we have and liaising with clients regarding their recruitment needs. He does a great job at supporting both clients and candidates through the full recruitment life cycle.

In his spare time Dan likes to: Spend time with his son Phoenix during trips to the park, forest walks and swimming lessons (to name a few!). When not entertaining him, he enjoys watching football, especially Portsmouth FC, who he has a season ticket for!
