Behind the lens – how this looks on the inside
We are a well-structured team, set-up to provide our customers with the professional service they need. The business has two divisions, Technical and Engineering, both headed by a Director who reports to me.
Each division has teams dedicated to specific industries, and those units have experts focused on niche sectors or skill-sets. We operate 360 recruitment (this is where consultants manage the entire recruitment process, working with both clients and candidates whilst building networks in a specific sector). In most cases, clients and candidates have a single point of contact but occasionally other members of the team will get in touch with relevant opportunities.
We work very closely together and enjoy building trusted relationships with our customers – and we love what we do.
