SAP SuccessFactors Integration Developer (ADP GlobalView / General Ledger)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Developer to support a critical workstream focused on data integration between ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors. The role will support the General Ledger aspects of the programme, ensuring that payroll and financial data is accurately mapped, validated, transformed, and integrated to meet project and business requirements.

This is a fast-paced contract position requiring an individual who can work independently, quickly identify and resolve data integration issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes within demanding project timelines. The successful candidate will work closely with ADP, Finance, Payroll, and project teams to ensure integration deliverables are completed on schedule and ready for ADP review and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support data integrations between ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and configuration activities to support General Ledger requirements.
• Analyse and validate inbound and outbound data flows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements.
• Support testing activities, including defect investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Reconfigure and optimise integration mappings based on testing outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with ADP teams to prepare integration deliverables for review, validation, and approval.
• Work closely with Finance, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to understand and resolve data and process issues.
• Produce and maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, and technical artefacts.
• Ensure integration solutions align with project governance, controls, and delivery timelines.
• Provide proactive support during testing cycles and key project milestones.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data structures and integration frameworks.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Demonstrable experience supporting payroll and Finance-related integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex integration environments.
• Experience working within structured testing and defect management processes.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView integrations.
• Knowledge of payroll-to-General Ledger processes and financial posting requirements.
• Experience working on large-scale HR, Payroll, or Finance transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or other SAP integration technologies.
• Experience supporting global payroll environments.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of General Ledger accounting concepts and financial data flows.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
• Previous experience working directly with ADP review and assessment cycles.
