Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme, with a particular focus on the General Ledger and Finance-related aspects of the project. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Finance teams, and technical delivery teams to ensure SAP SuccessFactors solutions effectively support business and financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors and associated Finance processes.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and project stakeholders to define and validate system requirements.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Ensure integration requirements between SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Finance systems are clearly understood and documented.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support data migration, reporting, reconciliation, and testing activities.
- Assist with change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- Collaborate with system integrators and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver project objectives.
- Ensure business processes and system configurations align with governance and compliance requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, particularly General Ledger impacts and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience working on SuccessFactors implementation, transformation, or optimisation programmes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting system integration, testing, and business readiness activities.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
- Understanding of payroll processes and downstream Finance integrations.
- Exposure to global HR and payroll operating models.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
Desirable / Nice to Have
- Experience with ADP GlobalView payroll solutions.
- Knowledge of GlobalView integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and Finance systems.
