Description
Leading global organisation is currently seeking a Lead Test Analyst / Lead QA Tester to work in Bournemouth, Dorset.
A Lead Test Analyst / Lead Quality Assurance Tester is required to join an existing team to support mainframe and districbuted technology development. Role is based in Bournemouth, but some of the team a based in India.
You will be responsible for leading projects both including determination of strategic approach, resource allocation, progress tracking and man management. As well as leadership, you will be expected to be able to produce high quality test documents, perform test execution, and working closely with developers, subject matter experts, and external vendor representatives to assure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will have proven software quality assurance skills or equivalent in software development lifecycle.
You will have in depth knowledge of software quality assurance practices, tools, and techniques. Analytical skills that result in the ability to determine and document a comprehensive test strategy/test plan.
Good knowledge of project management and the software development life cycle.
Any knowledge of Test Director/Quality Center, Test Automation with QTP (Quick Test Pro) would be desirable.
