Test Manager - Berkshire
Test Manager, Defect Management toolset, Test Cases, Test Scripts
Due to the urgent nature of this role, candidates must have current SC Security Clearance
My client is currently looking to recruit a Test Manager to join an ongoing project.
The successful candidate will be required to successfully manage a programme of Infrastructure and Operational Acceptance Testing in support of the transition into Live Operation for each Infrastructure Shell.
Key activities include:
1. Develop and own the Test Strategy in support of the transition into live operations for each Infrastructure Shell
2. Selection, setup and management of the Test and Defect Management Toolset
3. Test execution and defect management
4. Test environment readiness planning and management
5. Preparation of Test plans, Test cases, Test scripts and Test Schedules
6. Preparation of Test Reports, including progress reporting and final acceptance reports for each test phase. 7. Prepare/update relevant operational, configuration management and disaster recovery documents to reflect changes from existing Infrastructure.
8. Manage technical resources supporting the build and test of core infrastructure services in 5 separat AHS Infrastructure shells across dual data centres.
The candidate should be capable managing a variety of stakeholders to achieve consensus and be comfortable with taking a pragmiatic approach when necessary.
The candidate should have experience in the following areas:
1) Delivery knowledge in test management of complex Infrastructure projects
2) Knowledge of technical design of Infrastucture services for application hosting and storage solutions
3) Project Management knowldege
