Remedy Consultant
My client, a global blue chip Technology Consultancy require a French speaking Remedy Consultant to complete the set-up of a new version of their ITSM tool - Remedy 7.6
The Remedy Consultant must be able to speak, read and write French and English and will have the following skill set / background:
- Will have a background in Remedy 7.6 set-up & configuration
- Basic knowledge of UNIX and Windows
- Background in supporting interface connections with monitoring systems (Spectrum, SCOM and Business Intelligence)
- Must be able to read, write and speak French and English
The Remedy Consultant will perform the following role:
- install Remedy 7.6 including all the application components on Unix and Windows platforms
- configure the Remedy application
- give consultancy on Remedy Solutions to application managers
- support for interface connections with monitoring systems (Spectrum, SCOM & Business Intelligence)
- Perform the implementation of Webservices for a variety of applications
