My client a global blue chip organisation requires a proven Business Analyst with exposure to Agile Methodology.
The Business Analyst will have an extensive background in Agile Requirements Capture, Product Backlog Maintenance and proven exposure to a Business Change and Process Design environment.
Role Description
- Work with the Product Owner and other business stakeholders to elicit, validate and document requirements
- Ensure traceability of requirements from objectives to high-level requirements to user stories
- Support the identification of benefits and mapping of benefits through to user stories
- Prepares for and ensures analysis quality gates are achieved
- Work within the scrums to facilitate interactions and support the realisation of the requirements
- Actively manages requirements by maintaining and tracking an overview of project scope, ensuring visibility of - scope outside of project
- Perform Project-level CR assessment
- Adhere to analysis best practice approach and methods
- Support the Business during the testing phase
The Business Analyst will have the following skills / background:
- Extensive exposure to AGILE Methodology
- Agile requirements capture and product backlog maintenance
- Full Software Development Lifecycle exposure
- KPI / benefits case development
- Process design and business change background
- Requirements capture / documentation skills
