Graphic Web Designer
Piccadilly, London up to £45k
My client is a world leading provider of online gaming & player management systems to the Bingo, casino, poker & instant win markets. Due to the acquisition of a number of new major projects this multi-award winning company is looking to recruit a Graphic Web Designer to join their designated Swedish team in Piccadilly, London.
You must be a passionate, well rounded and dedicated Designer with a sense of humour who thrives on working in a fun, fast moving environment. Applicants should have a stylish portfolio, showing strong multi talented design skills with a demonstrated ability to work to a brief.
The Role
This role will be based in their cutting edge internal Swedish Design team. You will be designing persuasive marketing material as well as creating entertainment and gambling websites.
Key Responsibilities
o To manage and produce creative projects from concepts to final execution.
o To bring innovative ideas and creative designs to given projects.
o To provide support on all online and offline campaigns.
o To design and produce offline material, with the knowledge of offline production and management.
o To design banners, newsletters and promotional games from concepts to final execution.
o To keep open communications with your manager and your team with regard to workload and projects.
o To work on any other reasonable task requested by your senior manager.
o Assist in all future games localisation (bingo, slots, casino, daily free games, media games, mini games, etc).
o To design and build landing pages for the Swedish team and their partners.
You Must
o Have a recognised tertiary qualification in Design & Dreamweaver.
o Be experienced in producing web/micro sites for the gambling, entertainment or media industry.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience
o A Degree in a design related subject or relevant design industry experience.
o Extensive knowledge and experience of working in Flash and vector based graphics.
o Strong knowledge of Html, CSS and JavaScript.
o Experience in print design and outputting artwork.
o Strong graphic design skills.
o Strong typography and layout skills.
o Advance in web and print design software.
o Contributes ideas and opinions.
o Methodical, efficient and thought through.
o Positive team member with a can do attitude.
o Experience from working in the online gambling industry is a bonus.
