Global/Brand NPD Manager - Ashford - £30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits
MISSION
" Accountable for NPD initiative success criteria, service, cost and cash for specific brand responsibility
" Lead NPD activities for specific brand responsibility, through Pre-Concept, Concept and Evaluation phases
FUNCTIONS, ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
" End to end responsibility for the initiative from concept to on counter
" Main point of Ops contact for Marketing through Concept and Evaluation, maintaining an overview through Execution phase.
" Project Manager of the initiative, to define the plan, identify risk, and plan to mitigate.
" Manage the plan: adherence, gate readiness, deviations, risk and communication flow
" Lead Operations strategy decisions for the new initiatives to achieve the correct Business Supply Network Design for service cost and cash.
" Lead the Initiative's Post Implementation Review
" Lead annual action plans to improve success criteria of NPD activity

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

" Preferably to have experience of Cosmetics Operations or related industry pharmaceutical, paint, food, FMCG
" Graduate in Business or similar subject, or of equivalent level
