Description
Our global automotive OEM client located in Bedfordshire are currently seeking 3 Electronics & Electrical Design Engineers to join them on a rolling 12 month contract basis.
Job Title: Electronics & Electrical Design Engineers x3
Location: Bedfordshire
Length: 12 Months +
Rate: £26.00ltd p/h and £39ltd p/h for all overtime
Main tasks and responsibilities
EIPF (Electrical Integrated Platform) - Build, Commission and test.
The validation of electrical and electronic systems in client vehicles to client design/test standards.
Creation of testing procedures and detailed plans.
Formal reporting of test results to design sections.
Countermeasure determination with design groups.
Technical support to the production plant when necessary
Field investigation
Take responsibility of own tasks / projects.
Management of suppliers
Additional Tasks and responsibilities
A project management role on behalf of the electrical test section.
You will have responsibility for dissemination of information for a specific vehicle project.
Test plan coordination and reporting of results on behalf of the section for the formal project milestone meetings.
Be able to manage multiple projects.
Background & Capability
Minimum Education Required Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Specific Technical Skills
