My client is a global leader in providing technology and solutions to the Aerospace, Defence, and Security markets primarily. Due to ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join their team.

Key Accountabilities

- You will be expected to manage several projects concurrently across a matrix organisation ensuring they are delivered on time, on cost and to the right quality.
- There will be an expectation to undertake bidding and estimating activity as required by the business, experience of bidding is also an advantage.
- To own and manage the project at all stages of its life cycle.
- Responsible for the financial and schedule performance of the projects they are managing

Desirable Criteria:

- Working knowledge of the Earned Value techniques and principles is a distinct advantage.
- Experience gained within an aerospace or automotive environment will be an advantage.
- The successful candidate will ideally be degree qualified, or equivalent, in an engineering or science related discipline
- MAPM - (Member Association of Project Management)
- Prince2 practitioner
- Current experience of working in an MOD environment (CADMID, SMART, MODAF etc)

* All candidates must be willing to undergo the necessary security vetting process
