Description
My Client is part of an International group of Businesses specialising in the design, manufacture and support of electronic , electromechanical and software systems for the Defence, Security and Aerospace Markets worldwide. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team in Gloucestershire.

The susccessful Candidate will Co-Ordinate activities on a number of projects as well as providing technical input to the development of the projects from concept , to unit production build and operational acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of Projects to time and cost.
- Co- Ordination of the team and resources assigned to the projects.
- Provision of Management information , reporting on progress both internally and externally.
- Development of close. long term customer relationships.
- Development of appropriate recovery plans to achieve milestones as required.
- Leading bid preparation activities as required.

Required Skills:

- Broad Engineering background ideally with some Commercial exposure.
- Project Management/Team leader proven background within a small technical team.
- Degree or equivalent within a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Exposure to Project Management methodologies i.e PRINCE.
