Whichever way you look at it, if companies are to succeed innovation must be at the heart of everything they do which is why our client is now looking for Senior Systems Engineers who can totally transform and develop the very latest products for them.
We are looking for high calibre engineers to forge ahead with all R&D activities. Your ideas, creativity, blue-sky thinking and designing from blank sheets will be the ones that actually make it into production and finally into the hands of the customer.
As part of a new team specifically created to manage this new portfolio of products, we need specialists in Embedded Software / Electronic Hardware / Mechatronics to create the next generation of products and see these through to the commercial arena.
Technically you will be at the top of your game and will already be working as a Systems Engineer, Electronic or Embedded Software Engineer. We are not looking for theorists. We need engineers that have the ability to be the catalyst, to dream the dream and then manage the direction across the business and ultimately see it through to a reality. You probably dream about rapid prototyping most nights and doodle technology roadmaps.
This will be a fast paced, commercially aware, critical business product, high risk environment producing Low Volume / High Cost capital equipment and as such you will more than likely be working for a well known OEM.
