You can through the ARM referral scheme.
ARM receives a good deal of its business via recommendations
from people who have been impressed with our service. New
candidates and clients are consistently being referred to us.
In appreciation of this support and to encourage further
recommendations, we are offering this extra incentive.
If you recommend a friend to ARM and we
successfully make a placement, or you inform us about a
vacancy that we go on to fill, you will
receive £250*.
* Subject to the following Terms and
Conditions:
ARM's referral scheme will pay £250 gross (subject to
statutory deduction) for each candidate/client recommended for a
specific initial role/placement only so long as they meet the
criteria below:
The person(s)/clients you refer must not already be registered
with ARM. Payment claims must be made within 30 days of the
placement commencing and will only be paid once the referrals that
we place complete a probationary period with the new employer as
follows:
- Contractors - perform 400 hours on a single or concurrent
assignment(s).
- Permanent placements - 12 weeks work must be completed to the
satisfaction of our client.
In the event that ARM make a net loss on the referral or our
clients' terms restrict referral fees then no referral fee will be
payable.
ARM retain the right to modify or terminate these Terms and
Conditions of the referral scheme without notice.
In the event of any dispute, ARM's decision will be final and
is accepted by the referee without any liability to ARM.
