iGaming: The Mobile gaming industry: Boom time for iGaming jobs?
In recent years mobile gambling has been talked about as one of
the biggest potential platforms (alongside social networking) for
interactive gambling.

This year, the conversation is is the same, If you’d reviewed
the mobile market over the past three years looking for hope that
it’s going to be the next big platform for interactive gaming,
you’d have found scant grounds for optimism: underperformance,
little growth due to insufficient hardware, software and
infrastructure…so why are tongues wagging in the industry?
Developments over the past few months mean that many of the
barriers preventing a successful marriage of the mobile and
iGaming
industry are being removed, such as legal obstacles and
technological limitations. Statistics now show a huge move towards
mobile-based interaction with content being delivered in a more
robust way. Last month’s ICE Exhibition positively hummed with new
releases. For my money, 2011 looks set to be the year that mobile
gaming makes its mark, generates significant revenue for both
operators and suppliers and creates new opportunities for the
marketplace, becoming a key channel for the online gaming marketing
mix.
With an interest in mobile gaming increasing from clients and
candidates I would be happy to hear from you should you want to
know more about the exciting opportunities that are developing in
mobile gaming. If you would like the advice of our tailored
