Five go mad in Barcelona! ARM's performance reward scheme in action
ARM's incentive scheme for high performance (across the
business, in all departments) has been well received.
We've already had several "Elite Club" events,
(all-expenses-paid afternoon and evening frolics including
cocktail-making lessons, dancing, and various other opportunities
to make fools of ourselves); but today sees the inaugural fixture
of our "Platinum Club" - our top prize, awarded twice a year, for
the very highest achievers across the business.
Our prize-winners arrived at work dressed down and for a late
start this morning, clutching luggage and passports. An hour or so
of getting their inboxes in order and they were whisked away to the
airport, thence to Barcelona for an all
expenses-paid, three-day trip of fun and culture.
This is what one of our winners, Claire Proudlove, has to say
about the trip:
