Agency Workers Regulations - beware the scaremongers!
The Agency Workers Regulations come into force
on October 1st 2011, and while we await legislative guidance notes
from the government, anticipated for April 2011, we feel this is
nothing to fear for our clients.
ARM will be running client seminars as soon as the guidance
notes have been released. In the meantime, you can talk to our
