Hampshire based Recruitment Consultancy Advanced
Resource Managers was a double winner at Jobsite’s
RecruitRank award ceremony in London last week.
The RecruitRank awards recognise those agencies with outstanding
customer service and are the only industry awards which recognise
the best recruitment agencies based wholly on candidate feedback -
they are based on the feedback of 45,000 job seekers over a 12
month period. Advanced Resource Managers scooped the winning prize
in two categories: Best Understanding of Candidates’ (job seekers’)
needs; and Best Industry Knowledge; it was a finalist in four other
categories including Best Recruitment Agency.

RecruitRank is an innovatory tool launched by Jobsite in 2005
with the objective of allowing agencies to work on improving their
service and the good name of recruitment agencies generally. It
tiers agencies based on the experiences jobseekers have when
dealing with them, and allows candidates to feed back anonymously
on the service they receive.
John Dunaway, Head of ARM’s Transport and Infrastructure
Division, was delighted with the awards: “It’s utterly imperative
that we provide a good service to candidates,” he said. “Without
them, we don’t have a job to do. Candidates deserve respect,
courtesy, opportunities, good advice and most of all honesty –
whether it’s good news or bad. Our candidates have helped make
Advanced Resource Managers the success it is today”.
Marcus O’Donnell, ARM’s Technology and Science Division Manager,
said that his staff’s knowledge of their domain is crucial. “We
pride ourselves on being able to provide good intelligence to our
candidates and companies alike, so to be proclaimed as a leader in
this field is a fantastic endorsement,” he said.

The lavish award ceremony took place in Knightsbridge, London,
and was hosted by Sahar Hashemi, founder of the UK’s first high
street coffee chain, Coffee Republic, and author of the UK’s best
selling business book, “Anyone can do it”.
Commenting on the awards, Keith Potts, Jobsite CEO, says: “With
several thousand recruitment consultancies eligible for inclusion
in the RecruitRank awards, Advanced Resource Managers stands out as
an example of exceptional customer service. These awards recognise
the opinions of jobseekers on who they perceive as being the best
recruitment agencies in the industry. Jobsite congratulates
Advanced Resource Managers on their accolades”.
