in 1996 by Chairman Paul Huntingdon. Now employing over
110 staff and with a turnover of £70 million, ARM is one of
the largest single-site recruitment companies in the UK.
With a suite of staffing solutions to meet all
needs, we employ over 110 specialist staff and have
a combined direct and tertiary access to several million
candidates. Our clients range from international blue chip
companies to start-ups.
Our
Training Solutions division was
set up in response to a clear need for our clients to provide their
staff with new skills in a candidate-short market. Since its
inception in 2004 it has rapidly become one of the UK’s largest
training brokerages.

Before ARM was incorporated in 1996, Paul Huntingdon
commissioned market research into the common perception of
recruitment agencies. The research revealed that most companies
felt the service they received from recruitment agencies was
poor.
ARM entered the market determined to stand apart from
